★ Review drawings and get the drawing under control

★ Arrange the production of the samples according to our severe production regulation.

★ All-dimension Inspection of the samples by the Quality Inspection Department.

★ All-dimension Inspection of the samples by Kaiyu Machinery.

★ Send the samples to our customer for confirmation

★ Arrange the batch production

★ All quality control testing is done before Kaiyu Machinery’s double checking.

★ Deliver the parts on time with well-protected package

ISO 9001, ISO 9002, A2LA and CNLA Certificates

Inspection Reports, including:

· Material Certificates

· Tolerance

· Hardness and Torque

· Plating

· PPAP Testing Certification (Levels 1, 2, 3)

· Torque Certification
